Processing Time

All orders are carefully handcrafted and packaged with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing unless otherwise noted. Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and destination.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Annapolis and Glen Burnie, Maryland. Select Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with your pickup location, date, and time. Pickup is by appointment only.

Delivery Delays

Once your package has been shipped, DEWy Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. DEWy Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s).

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We'll gladly assist with any information needed to help resolve the issue.
