General Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your desired product, choose your options, and complete checkout. For personalized items, follow the product instructions for submitting your customization details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods available during checkout.
Can I make changes to my order?
Because production begins quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Do you require a deposit?
Some larger custom orders, such as gift baskets, party favors, or bulk orders, require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins. All remaining balances must be paid before pickup, delivery, or shipping.

How much does custom apparel cost?
Custom apparel starts at $29.99.
Final pricing depends on:
- Garment style
- Design complexity
- Print size
- Number of print locations
- Specialty finishes
Your final price will always be confirmed before production begins.
How do I submit my design?
After placing your order, email your design details, inspiration photos, logos, or artwork to:

Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Absolutely! You may submit your own artwork or logo as long as you have permission to use it.
Can DEWy Creations create a design for me?
Yes! If you don't already have a design, we'd love to create one that reflects your vision. Additional design fees may apply depending on complexity.
Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?
Yes! Design proofs are provided for approval before production begins whenever applicable.
How do I care for my apparel?
For best results:
- Wash inside out
- Cold water
- Mild detergent
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly on the design

Yes! We specialize in coordinating party favors so your entire celebration has a cohesive look.
How much notice do you need?
We recommend placing party favor orders at least 2–3 weeks before your event.
Rush orders may be accepted based on availability.
Beaded Pens
Are your beaded pens refillable?
Yes! Our beaded pens include replaceable ink refills.
Can I request custom colors or themes?
Absolutely! We'd be happy to create pens that match your favorite colors, profession, school, organization, or special event.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! Bulk pricing is available for schools, businesses, employee appreciation gifts, party favors, and special events.
Shipping & Pickup
Do you ship?
Yes! We proudly ship throughout the United States.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available by appointment only. Pickup instructions will be provided once your order is complete.
Do you offer local delivery?
Local delivery may be available for select products and locations. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance.
Production
How long will my order take?
Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days after all customization details have been finalized.
Large or highly customized orders may require additional production time.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush services may be available for an additional fee depending on our production schedule.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my custom order?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless an error was made by DEWy Creations.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
