At DEWy Creations, each item is handmade and/or custom-made with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup with photos of the item and packaging. We'll gladly review the issue and work with you to make it right.
